i think some crytpo stuff in the under development country are very hard to accepted stuff like this because the infrastructure are really not support something like that
Not all of those countries are hardly accepting digital currencies. There are some that accepts it even though there are only a few machines of it. I think it don't matter on the infrastructure that country has but how the people treat the digital currency and the government about that certain digital currency.
