people already wrote this in november 2017. and today the course is not higher either. many other tokens have already won 400%. Here almost nothing happens with the course
Markets and coin developments are not exclusively dependent (great development progress doesn't equal price rally). Rallies are about people buying with greed because they believe the coin's price will rise. So, in spite of great news, when most moneyed people don't know, it won't rally. But give it time, the market will soon react and weak hands shaken out.
