In my opinion, both short term and long term trading in Bitcoin and altcoin is good provided you use cool mind and make wise moves in the market according to the market condition. I prefer long term trading or investment because long term thing keeps you away from worries about the little fluctuations in the market prices. Short term is also good as it gives you incremental part of the rise in the values of the coins you trade in.
