I can buy a ATI 6870@55 (like 60-65$, something like that), it'll be bankable? Actually, i try to mine lots of coins (ALF, IFC, GLX, etc..) with my GTX 570 but some problems :
-i can't play when i mine
-200kh/s and 300w consumption is bad, right?

Don't bother buying a GPU to mine on, and particularly not an older one... you'll never make your money back and it will cost you more in electricity than you can mine (unless you mine scrypt based altcoins as you mention, but that's another topic). You're better off buying hashes on cex.io, or getting ASIC based mining hardware.
