A 5 weeks old child slaps his father .... You want to put him in jail because violence is bad ? and show him T &C on the beginners page of Bitcointalk, and tell him that he is at fault of not reading ??
So you're now comparing yourself to a 5 week old baby? Huh Roll Eyes

Like it or not, but as an Adult, society will generally hold you to a higher standard than a 5 week old baby...

You are saying buying / selling is banned on bitcointalk, I am asking "WHY"
It isn't banned... as I pointed out previously, "account sales are discouraged". There is a not insignificant number of users who consider that buying/selling of accounts leads to scams and spams... and will tag accounts involved in such activity as they believe them to be "untrustworthy".

Question 1. Why is buying / selling not allowed ? If there is a product or service that has a monetary value, it will always be bought and sold- applicable to every single product or service that has an associated monetary value... So, please explain "WHY"
Again... it isn't outright banned, it is just discouraged. The reason it isn't banned is that, as you say, if there is money to be made, it will be traded... so people will just take the account sales to an external forum. So an outright ban would be useless anyway.

Question 2. You putting negative trust on accounts or banning accounts creates less spam or more spam ? If one account gets banned, poeple create 200 more accounts , in turn creates spam... Good for bitcointalk OR not good for bitcointalk?
Generally, people don't create 200 more accounts... they generally don't have the time to do so. But if they want to, then there is little we can generally do to stop them initially... except report posts which gets the spam deleted and if it happens enough, getting those accounts and IPs banned. It isn't a perfect system, but if we didn't have it, I'm sure the spam problem would be worse than it currently is. At least this way, we discourage the lazier spammers from even starting... and can potentially make a tedious process more tedious for chronic abusers.

Question 3. Why did you decide to ban me ? And not just the seller...WHY ?
You realise you haven't actually been "banned" right? Negative Trust =/= Ban. You're still here... you can still post... how exactly did you get "banned"? Huh Also, the seller HAS already been tagged... and was tagged for other things back in 2015!!?!

Question 4. Seller posted comment 15/20 days ago before my comment? What were you doing till 15/20 days that seller never got a negative trust ? WHY did you decide to let the comments on the post grow before you decided to act?
Already answered by actmyname... but yeah... the DT members here generally have life/job/family outside of BitcoinTalk... they can't possibly read EVERY thread posted... sometimes they don't spot things for a few days. Anyway, what does the fact that there was a large gap between original post and your post have to do with anything? The seller was already tagged by suchmoon.

Question 5. What do you think can be a benefit to me if I am just a junior member and I ask you to remove the negative trust ? lets look into my advantages first and your issues later...
My advantages:
I might save few weeks (6) to create a new account and reach a junior member rank... But thats all !Wait, hold.. How does it benefits me? Signature campaigns money as a Jr. MEMBER ? Well, I am already carrying COTI signature's and anyways making money from singature campaigns... For me to grow up in rank, I need merits and I dont have merits and neither am I asking for merits.... So, what really you think are my advantages here? GIVE IT A THOUGHT
So... just because the junior "criminal" is a junior... we should ignore untrustworthy behaviour and let them become a more senior "criminal"? Huh "GIVE IT A THOUGHT"

Your issues in not removing the negative trust:
You said I spam with my one liners is your issue... Well, I can create 200 more accounts and continue the same.. You not resolving a problem.. You becoming a root cause of the problem of 'spam'...
WTF??!? You're effectively blaming the police for crime. That's totally backwards. The root cause of spam is individuals like yourself who don't seem to understand that it is wrong.

Buying and selling activity was also an issue. So, lets talk about that... What stops you from me going offline market and getting invovled in buying and selling ? The current junior member account through which I am posting does not has an monetary value in the buy / sell market, so think again what are you doing? Are you preventing me to be involved in buy/sell OR you encouraging me to go buy an account from open market without a negative trust and leave this account as it is..
Nothing stops you from going onto an offline market. Although what will probably happen is that the (rather expensive) account that you go and buy, is likely to get tagged at some point if you continue to shitpost/spam... given your attitude and posting history, I would not be surprised by this outcome.
