It might be but we don't know how much it will work yet and we do not even know what will happen and if it will even be sustainable. It is true that we need to find a solution to bitcoin scalability problem and I hope to God that the lightening network helps to solve it. We need this problem solved. I am looking forward to the lightening network being put into effect and then we can see what it can do
