The most you need is practice. Reading and learning is nice and a must, but without real conversation IMO all your knowledge and skills would disappear very quickly
Practicing with conversations improves your speaking power. Writing skills has nothing to do with conversation making, and someone will never be able to write if he just has practiced conversations.

All I can say is that the best thing would be not focusing on a bright future in this forum as that will draw your attention away from your cause, and you will never be able to stay on the right path, but if you keep that on the side at first, you will eventually improve if you are active and reading even just within the forum.
