I'm not interested on buying an account, I was actually more interested in providing what accounts the guy is selling, in case if was strictly forbidden.
I have been thinking about this for a while, since buying/selling Merit is forbidden, but buying/selling account is Allowed (Discouraged), how about buying/selling Account that has Merit, doesn't it mean that we also buy/sell the Merit ?
In that case buying/selling Account that has Merit should be Forbidden too, right?
