Neo is a good and quite promising coin for investing. Some time ago, Neo was called the "second ETH from China".
At the same time, there are now a few more perspective and more high-tech blochains. For example, EOS, Stellar and others.
Therefore, personally, I would not make a strong emphasis on this coin. Not more than 2-3% of my investment portfolio.
