Changelog:
Nvidia GeForce 397.31 WHQL and newer drivers with CUDA 9.2 support is required to run this miner.
The optimization will only apply after 7~15 minute after program start to avoid disabling our miner Fee (1.8%).

- Improved kernel ~+5% speed improvement from previews version (v2.3.2)
- Miner can display now if blocks found - "...SharesAccepted:(6543/6543), BlocksFound:(1)..."
- MaxNonces found per kernel launch increased up-to 3 Nonces(work->nonces[2]).
- We reduced waiting time for our optimization to apply on miner launch.
- Another attempt to reduce power spikes from previous version.
