2 day ago I try "how quote Post if topic has ben lock" and now I succes to solve it, with details of user name, link & topic, and special date code.

Remember:
-User name: This option You need put who make a post first and please don't  put another people.
-Link & Topic: This option You need put where Link & Topic coming from.
-Year / Month / Date / Hour: This option You need special date code UNIX time and please note the AM & PM clock format don't until wrong, if u want know where u can get it enjoy just more step.
-Detail: This option You need following detail author attribute like Bold, Italicized, Underline, etc.
-Note: If you no following that, maybe some one can report you account about plagiarism.
