Hmm, last week that cap wasn't there but there is a reseller in the US called MinerSource which doesn't have a minimum limit.

If the difficulty reaches 5-6B with Black Arrow flooding the market, this will make a measly $5 a day.
Might be better to just buy rather than mine in that case.
