It all depends upon how NEO could attract teams to use their platform, if you look at the price of litecoin, it was pretty stable for quite a long time and i really do not see any mad rally going to happen in it but that cannot be said with NEO as i think there are a bunch of projects which will be using them in the future and it might rally a bit and it can even touch $500.
