but shivom prohibits United State citizens from participating in ICO or bounty programs

Probably because of their laws and regulations, but I would also like to know something more Cheesy

Canada and Singapore are also often referred to as countries where citizens can not participate in the ICOs...

Its a tricky situation as a lot of Europe countries have less strict regulations and I know south Korea is planing to list bans on ICOs.

And unfortunately, the new GDPR regulation will certainly slow things down...
