The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically. Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in ICO's.
although in fact many ico that fail there are even many who commit fraud but I still believe in ico and I'm sure there are many people who are just like me other than that we can still find many ico success and make the investors and bounty hunters become richer
and i sure will find ico that like that
