Is this an scam site or so?

because everytime when i want to withdraw it says 'wrong transaction code"

but that's impossible because its very easy to do.

i've tried also with an other browser but nothing helps

i've send an e-mail to support with screenshot from my account but stil no answer.

i'm happy because of this problem
that i only exchanged a little of my money, about some 25 dollar to test the system.

but now it looks like a scam..
