Wanted to let everyone know that if you're running Gentoo, to check your CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS first. I forgot that i had changed them to some unsafe optimizations. I had gdb referring to libcurl.so when it segv, so i rebuilt curl package with standard safe c/cxxflags and it has been working without problem until now. If i don't respond to this in a couple days then you can assume that my problem has been solved   . Crossing my fingers.
