Loyalty program is good specially online, because nowadays people preffed to buy online due to traffic and workloads. Me I preffed to buy online I like it when Im rewarded so hopefully they will add this feature to their project, rewarding customers is equal to loyal customers. By the way the token they will use named yoshi coin.
