Hey, I saw this token on turkish news. I even wrote about to turkish local subforum on bitcointalk. I agree that it is very interesting coin. They have already got $50 millon mortgage paper.
 Token will also help their real estate project i believe.
My guess is after they start to give ethereum profits, the price will go to moon
