Currently, the market is about -15% on a daily basis. So it's a good time to buy any coin. It matters whether you want to invest in short term or long term. 
Couldn't agree more. The market is taking a huge dump right now and there isn't really a reason for this. But you need to be greedy when people are fearful (Warren Buffet). Basically, when the market dumps, BUY. My point is, coins are down 10-20% so it makes no real difference cos when they bounce (and they will) its quick profit just for them to get back to where they were.
What i would say is look at projects that have a working application. VeChain or Sirin Labs. Both have excellent projects and more to the point, WORKING projects!!
