I think its a good decision due to the price growth of eth compared to bitcoin. Actually whatever your decision you are on the right track because btc and eth are good investments especially for long term.
Eth is way cheaper than btc so if you dont have huge capital its a good option and for those newbies who are looking for alts to invest in dont forget to add eth in your crypto-portfolio because in time it can give you high return.
