Robert Shiller the professor at Yale University expressed his rather negative sentiment towards Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, saying:

It's because of the reality and fact that the market is always changing, and those changes in landscape affects the coins in such a way that people would lose their trust in the market itself and in the system in a cycle scheme. However, if you are a true believe of this market, and a long-time follower, you would know for a fact that it being a bubble has long been purged because being volatile and unstable is just how this market works.
