You basically offered me $9 more than the asking price and you wanted fast international shipping to be included. Wow. You're so generous.
Just cause someone doesn't bother responding to a somewhat offensive offer, doesn't mean they can't accommodate the requests of a serious buyer that provides a serious offer. You just weren't one of those people, no offense.
