Congrats on the recent block! 
I plan to move my hashing power from another pool to Kano shortly. Any tips for monitoring my connected workers without having to log into the site multiple times per day? I mainly want to know when/if any of them fail over and total hash rate.
Can anyone recommend a mobile app?
and do not say anything to do with awesome miner...
I'll throw-in a bitmain $100 coupon (or two) if I get a good suggestion.

The iPhone app gets better support of the 2 apps
Check the Account->User Settings page you can also use the API to get worker stats.
Edit: if you are a very large miner and need to give access to the Workers->Workers and Shift Graph pages (very useful for when you configure a large number of new miners) there's also another (undocumented) link to view those in your browser using the API key so you can give simple access to your tech guys.
