I'm new to bitcoin and I'd like to start trading at btc-e so I'm trying to raise $1 so I could start trading.. LOL!

Well, for a gambling website that has a faucet, you can try freebitco.in.
If you don't want to spend money in buying btc right now, go to faucets and gamble with them.
Also, sell your signature space on this forum.
