I think a small detail you should look for is how they walk, stand and present themselves. I guess you could call this a person's posture or stance, but a better word would be aura. For example, a person that is shy or nervous would shift a lot and fiddle while standing. A person that is confident in themselves would stand with their body lined up straight and would be noticeably more sure of themselves and their position.
