Thanks for asking and bringing my attention to the project.. I reviewed the website, and it seems that they are into security space and is an ERC 20 token, but plan to move to ICON.
Security has always been a major concern for all industries, very much so in the world of blockchain. Sentinel Protocol project might help to solve that problem. Wallets, exchanges, and users will have a tool that greatly reduces hacking and scam attempts, and I would rate this project 5/5

Agree.. and it to some extent solves the main pain point in today's cryptoworld of security but again this depends on participation by exchanges, etc. Team needs a good marketing. Overall, I am bullish in long run.
