I had set new API KEY @BTCE but my QTBT still display "API is Down" when I login my BTCE account in QTBT

my MTGOX had happened the same problem(due to high loading) couple times @ last night, but it's just happened "shortly"(less than 1 sec)

but BTCE was happened all the time, looks not like high loading issue.
