Unless it's "the" project, I wouldn't participate in an ICO. The prices have been plummeting as soon as the coins hit the market. Research the project you like, wait for it to hit the exchange, get it discounted from ICO price.
How can we get discount from the price when it hit exchange? Nope. If hit exchange then we should buy it in supply demand price.
They all join in ico because they want to get extra bonus and smaller price rather than in exchange. All the project token has value and not all have the same threat.
