I think its best time to buy now it's better to buy now and wait for the market to recover and enjoy the profit. As the market is recovering now it looks like it will break all the record and again go to all time high.
You said its good time to buy and i will say the same but its depending on the price movement in the market.
If i say now its good then the price movement is not compatible, so dont follow. So in this case, the time we answer the question with the conditon in the market would be different. So use ylur technical and decide by your own.
