I made an example :

Markets X with 1 orders

Re-Calculation routine, orders is recalculated with success

First API Call : Cancel Current Order -> CALL OC
Second Api Call : Create Orders -> Error -> Error.......After 25 Retry call is aborted, the order is lost.

Markets Ping-Pong is active but without orders.
In the next release, i will give you a monitor over Ping-Pong-Trade
