Actually FUD cannot be avoided as people will do everything they can just to carry their purpose.
This makes a better community especially if the supporters has the knowledge about the status on the project and will defend the team against any FUD.

What community? The community is small - a group of whales and semi-whales and some hopeful fishes. Atlant ranks 600+ in coinmarketcap. Whoever is trading/holding Atlant is part of the earliest adopters. Even the Reddit sub is just 300+ subscribers.
This is actually good that it is still very very early. You don't want to invest in something that is already popular and built - less ROI.

You are right, not anymore. When Atlant started there were only 2 other projects in super early stages like Rex. Today I know already 9 real estate projects concentrated on tokenize properties and rental. Few of them already launched the platform. Lucky for Atlant there is no one property already tokenized (I think they have big problems with laws) but few of this project already has rental listings live. So we are losing this race, together with news like this we will see Atlant crashing further. Especially in the first week of each month when bounty will be distributed.,
