Just an FYI 24change would not refund me within 24 hours, they did not even reply to me for 4 days and ignored all of my support requests.  Be careful guys.  Their 15LTC fee at the current exchange rate is a $600 transaction fee, and even though they say will honor 24 hour refund policy, it's actually a lie because they never respond to you until it's too late.

I lost almost all of my LTC using 24change, and they don't have the decency to issue a refund.  Just be aware of what their fees are and know that they do not plan to give you a refund.
