Interesting concept and seems perfect for a decentralised blockchain system as freelancers are constantly moving and remote workers but are always worried about not getting paid by their employers (smart contracts could be great for this) I kinda see this as Fiver but for more advanced skills and professionals (I am happy to be corrected if I have misunderstood the concept). what is the hard cap / soft cap for the ICO? How much are you looking to raise?
