I can imagine that the DEV team has no real skillz or full time developer. It might as well be that this project is just another MN scam. The way too huge MN profits are a sign of it. 90% of block reward to MN is crazy huge to get a nice ROI on the MN ranking sites. Shouldn't be like this! Definitly shouldn't be so high.
Besides this there are really many X11 MN copy&paste coins with devs that don't know what they do ..
