Are you five?  Seriously, I am not arguing that Ken did not at one point mention that at some point in this thread, I am suggesting that THAT particular quote should have been in the official procedure listed under announcements.  I would imagine that there are going to be a handful of people who have not been following this as closely as most of us here, and there are probably a good chunk of people who are not even familiar with signing.
