The number of altcoins is always close to 1600 the last months. maybe, with time, some of these alts will really die but the other cryptocurrencies will be invented. The digital money will never extinct.
I'm also accepting with your opinion. A lot of useless projects and overvalued tokens. But there are really good projects that need to be evaluated highly
