It is but every Project if now Community driven or not needs an Head. All serious Exchanges will ask you to Sign an Contract before adding an Coin, who will Sign this in this Community Blabla .. decentralized Blabla Project? The Community? Every Kid that get some Coins with his GPU? And also this Community is not strong, an lot of Kids, an lot of Dreamer and no one that really know what is to do. They need an Head Team and this have nothing to do with decentralized Bullshit that they tell, you cant have everything decentralized that just do not Work.
