Please tell me that this goes away! I am losing my mind waiting to post. 
Not sure if it goes away completely, but am pretty sure the amount of time decreases as you post more and more. It is a tad annoying but protects against spammers
I get the idea behind it but it is not fun when you have to go through it. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel though!
