Welcome!!! If your curious about ANYTHING, go back through the last 50-100 pages. I'm sure every possible question has been answered. If it hasn't, ask, and someone will eventually know the answers.
At 60TH he should be above the dust within hours and not have to worry about dust. When I first start there were two "dust blocks", of course I joined on a lucky two block day, but I don't even think it adds up to a dollar.
