@Paul0908 Apologies for the confusion on my part, I have just spoken to our teams and it seems that while we worked on some upgrades to our sportsbook service some leagues were temporarily removed, they should be back up very soon - hopefully by the end of the day!

@emurla9 Unfortunately in some cases we have to request proof of identity when processing withdrawals. These security checks have to be done to guarantee the right level of security for both parties involved, but I can assure you that we will treat all this information confidentially and it is only for internal use. Once we have received the documents you will not be requested to send the same ones again while they remain valid.
