- why are they communicating at all (through Bitcointalk status updates, Skype etc.) ? If it was a scam they couldve just shut everything down and disappear. There is no logic here. Maybe theyve frozen payments and using our funds on mtgox, btce or smth.

- probably their brand due to the large amount of users is worth much more than theyve lost during the hack, so there is no point in leaving such product behind.
