personally, i think that the reason is that the neural networks were at lower level of development, this is relatively young technology

such attempts were made repeatedly, but, as far as i know, none of them was successful
why? the forecast is really pessimistic. maybe the reason is the industry of digital advertisement itself?    
no, the reason is that there’s a big number of intermediaries in the market, and it’s possible to get rid of them without making harm to the process itself
