As a paid shill you are obviously not able to understand the point! The point is not to not ask for KYC when making deposits. The point is to never ask for KYC for deposits and losses, but if you win, then suddenly KYC is required and this is of course a fraud scheme.
Because if the identity or location is important, then it is also important when players deposit and lose. But this is of course something you never can agree, because it is against the fraud scheme theory!
Can you please quote the requirement laws where it says that casinos have to let everyone and all in without KYC, but in case of withdrawals they are obligated to enforce it?
