For this year I don't believe bitcoin will reach $60.000 because according to my estimates the highest bitcoin price this year's $27.000 and $60.000 probably will happen in 2019/2020.
If bitcoin falls to $1000 I will set aside funds from now to buy it, but that is impossible, bitcoin is unlikely to fall back to $1000.
