Perhaps the Government stated the reason for banning bitcoin for fear that investments into large bitcoins could reduce investment to the national real sector.

"The concern is that if a country needs more funds to move the real sector [and the government does not want it to run to bitcoin, I hope every country legalizes cryptocurrency in the future.
