I do not know why! I only think that Ico project is a more modern Ponzi method right now.

Some ICO dont have real project and i think its like modern ponzi. But some ICO have a solid project and we can invest it and hold it for long term. Join on some good ICO sometimes give us opportunity to get more bonus
We can not compare with ponzi shemes.
A ponzi takes end if no new investors.
About token,the token holders have the hand and can decrease the selling price.
Of course if the token creator is a scammer,it can end as well.
But often the creator is taken for a scammer if the project fails or if the profit of the project turn at zero or even at lost.
