I really don't see any point to compare Lines to XLM since XLM is has a completely different philosophy (the Stellar network doesn't use mining, just to begin with; the majority of tokens are held by the non-profit organization, etc.) I believe we can close the discussion as it is really irrelevant to what's being discussed in this thread.
