I do not know why! I only think that Ico project is a more modern Ponzi method right now.

Some ICO dont have real project and i think its like modern ponzi. But some ICO have a solid project and we can invest it and hold it for long term. Join on some good ICO sometimes give us opportunity to get more bonus
Its really high risk join on ICO right now. Many ICO have good team and many of that ICO dont. Sometimes risk we got when we join on ICO is when the token landed on exchanger and the price drop far from ICO price.
But off course not all ICOs bad, some ICOs are good and have real project with back up by good company
