that's honestly a good feature, to be able to reject or flag projects which you don't like or think they might even be a scam. Mostly many people are than just not forecasting it. Or they don't care and forecast it with the feeling it is most likely a scam or something not promising. There should be displayed in every potential project how many people already flagged it
